4tbFlour
1 1/2cDefatted chicken broth
1cCubed cooked chicken breast
1cSweated mushrooms
1/4cChopped pimento OR
1/4cSweated red bell pepper
1tsNature's Seasonings
1tsDry sherry (optional)
1tbChopped parsley

Brown flour in a skillet sprayed with oil until very pale golden color. Add broth, stirring with a wire whisk until smooth. Add chicken, mushrooms, pimento, seasonings, and sherry and heat through. Serve over cooked noodles or rice. Sprinkle with parsley.
